Through Project Monitoring our client will have the guarantee that a full Technical Control is carried out on the actions performed by the other part of the Operation, ensuring that their contractual objectives and requirements are met.

Cost management centres on the applications of techniques and methods which guarantee the Control and Monitoring of the Costs of a Hotel Operation, as well as the application of necessary corrective measures. From the Initial Estimates and establishment of objectives until the final Investment Payment.

FF&E and opening management, is the Management, Coordination and Control service of the contracting and installation processes of Hotel equipment, coordinated with all Hotel Departments and construction agents. It is a service that requires vast specialization and experience in order to be implemented in coordination with the Hotel OPENING PLAN.
