Context

A starting point that we like in IHP, a project with multiple agents with the objective of achieving a product repositioning for a hotel that mixes vacation aspects with great potential for events and with the usual services of Sheraton.

 

Solution

We carried out the Project Monitoring of the interior design project, equipment and refurbishment of this four-star hotel, coordinating with the rest of the participants, seeking to optimise the investment made by the client and, at the same time, analyse the hotel regulations and operations with the aim of making the only Sheraton in Murcia a benchmark hotel in its category.

The objectives of the brand and services for the future client: sports tourism, holidays, SPA, golf and events have been integrated by IHP within a monitoring process of the interior design project and the development process of the work that would allow optimizing the investment aligning it with the future exploitation objectives of the hotel asset.

The refurbishment operation has not only been aesthetic, significant improvements have been made in operational efficiency and in those aspects which, from our technical hotel experience, we know how to integrate and transfer to the projects so that the clients of the Sheraton Hacienda del Álamo have a total experience of service and comfort at all levels.

Sareb Project

Interior Design and FF&E Project Monitoring for the first Sheraton Hotel in the Region of Murcia.

We developed the Project Monitoring of the interior and FF&E works for the reform of this establishment of the Sareb located in the heart of the Region of Murcia and that includes the complete renovation of its 154 rooms.
